jog faster
Wisely, Mia once informed me that to jog faster is to run! And did I ever last night! The goal is to lose some major poundage before my cousin's wedding in less than a month. I'm a bridesmaid and can't risk not fitting into my dress (it's in Tulsa so I can't try it on to see). I ran like the wind around the track at la cienega park and zig zagged my neighborhood. I will be back on the streets, pounding the pavement tonight!
