soot update

I poured out my double espresso at a job site the other day to have the painter fill the cup with my favorite paint color: soot! I had a productive evening of touch ups to my houndstooth ottoman & the edges of my garage sale oil paintings!

In other soot news, I'm painting white over the soot in my kitchen & bathroom in preparation for a move to venice (if we can ever find a place)!
