Margot's opening a new chapter of her amazing life. She is moving home to Houston, Texas to be with her family! Her Dad flew out to LA last week and they road tripped back over the weekend.I had dinner & fabulous conversation with Anita, Margot, Donald & Manny last Wednesday. We laughed and remembered some of the crazy times we've had together - numerous choreographed dance offs all over Los Angeles, the surprise party she threw at her house for me, all the weird times we had at Telepictures (where we met), the infamous road trip to San Francisco, eating cake off the street, twins from Reno, watching rap-offs, youngsters dressed as zombies, countless nights on the town, being kicked out of the cheesy bar Deep, company parties, screaming "Hey! Hey! You look like my sister" at a jerky guy with long beautiful blonde hair, Culver City glow in the dark alley/ warehouse party, bunking up in Palm Springs, Liar Liz and the heels Margot sent me that ended up being my favorite pair ever!!
Dinner was at Donald & Manny's house in Venice (great style). They served delicious Catfish in honor of a townie from Calistoga, CA that Margot briefly dated (his name was really Catfish)! Over dinner, we all agreed not to be sad about her departure, but rather to think of this as an expansion!! We finally have a reason to spend all our extra time in Texas (just over 2 hour flight) and we know Margot will be back in LA all the time. At the end of the eve we hugged, said our "I Love Yous", fought back tears and parted ways for now. Margot will surely be missed by me!!!

I remember the first time I met Margot....you brought her up to Shell Beach on the central coast when we lived there.....she's had a special place in our hearts ever since! Good Luck Margot and feel free to take a road trip up to Oklahoma to visit us....ANYTIME! Hope you and your Dad made it home safely!
