John Quinn's House Warming Extravaganza was Saturday night! His evite read, "My name is John Quinn and if you are receiving this then it means that we love each other. After 34 years of existence I finally made a grown-up decision and bought a condo. Come help me celebrate this monumental occasion on Saturday, October 11th. Alcohol, food, and a caricature artist will be on hand to help us celebrate. Once I had moved into my new home I realized that after 34 years of life I had nothing to really show for it besides lots of video games and an absurdly large bean bag. With this in mind I turn to you, my favorite people in the world. It has been my lifelong dream to go to a store holding one of those scanner things and "register". Without ever being married and not fathering a child I have not had a reason to "register" ... until now! Just go to www.target.com, click on TargetLists and type in my name and you will see all the presents I registered for. Also if you bring me a present you can consider yourself off the hook for any wedding present or baby shower gift I may desire down the road. Thanks to all of you for helping me realize my dream of "registering", it was more fun than I could have ever imagined. I love you all and can't wait to start using all the cool stuff you buy me. It will also be nice to see you. In addition to all the food and booze there will be a caricature artist in attendance from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Now, you may be saying to yourself, "John why would you have a caricature artist at a housewarming party?" and my answer would be, "because I have nothing to hang on my walls so I have decided to decorate them with caricatures of all my family and friends!!!! You will be decorating my home with your beautiful faces!" I can't wait to hug you all!"
