Manhattan Beach and Malibu- We really get around

aahhhh!!!! - The Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair has been a tradition every October since I was a wee lass. In the last few years, with Mia's guidance, it has been decided that I am too old to attend this event - Well, something changed this year and Mia gave me permission to go! We basically passed the hours eating carnival food (baby back ribs, corn, cupcakes, chocolate covered pretzels, snow cones, brownies - strangely enough the Young Republicans cotton candy booth & the pepper bellies/ funnel cake areas were not hit!) and trying to win at the strongest man in town game!

After the fair fun we hit Anthropoplogie, Starbucks, Best Buy & Blockbuster before meeting up with the gang again (all in black now) for Thai food in Malibu! Highlights: pork, nutty brown rice ESP, ordering in Thai, ordering in French, ordering in Spanish, mucho technology in my pocket, Dido concerts are questionable, drunken noodles are spicy and the BEST young coconut ice cream!!
