Joan Elizabeth Taylor 1916 - 2007

All hearts grow warmer in the presence
Of one who, seeking not his own,
Gave freely for the love of giving,
Nor reaped for self the harvest sown.
Thy greeting smile was pledge and prelude
Of generous deeds and kindly words;
In thy large heart were fair guest-chambers,
Open to sunrise and the birds.

Any grandma that watches sex and the city is my kind of grandma. I'm so sorry you lost your amazing grandmother. She can meet Stella now! I think they'll get along just fine.

What a wonderful woman with an amazing family! She was so sweet and so full of light...a lot like her granddaughter! Love you Meg!

Grace was a truly wonderful woman. An amazing soul, full of life and lots of moxie! While all of our hearts are broken, we know where she is and know she was prepared and wanted to be with your grandpa. I know she and my daddy are telling hilarious jokes to each other as we speak! I feel so honored and blessed to have known Grandma and my hearts and prayers are with you and all of the Taylors.

What an amazing lady...She was so full of life and love... I know she will be dearly missed. She brought a lot of joy to a lot of people and I am so glad she is with the other people she loves and can look out for her family from up There. Thinking of your whole family....

I don't think you could find a more loving and positive woman. She will be missed. Although she is no longer with us, her spirit and love for life can certainly be seen every day in Meg.
