one week of marathon training...

magic bulleting twice a day, flax seeds, melissa + sweeni, new pink running shoes custom fit from a runner's circle, i heart ginger, omg I'm running the marathon, headlight headbands, so far up to 4 miles, Saturdays & Wednesdays with my team,  strength training, a lot of spinach, nurses, nutritionists, coconut water is expensive, it's hard to talk & run,  pandora, rain, whole body soreness, coach jimmy, george,  my blood pressure is a little high, flat feet, university high & brentwood country club are my new haunts, runyon cyn & banana goop makes you gag!!!!
